Prior to committing to ongoing appointments; this consultation is an opportunity for us to speak about what you’d like to get out of services, and for me to answer any questions you may have about working together.
Individual Sessions
$210 | 50 MINUTES
I specialize in working with men on the following areas: relationship building and vulnerability, emotion regulation (e.g., de-escalating anger outbursts), perfectionism and work-related burnout, self-esteem and body image, finding resolution from past trauma, and spirituality and life purpose.
Couples Sessions
$230 | 50 MINUTES
I specialize in high conflict dynamics, negotiation of household labor and traditional gender expectations, adjusting to life changes (such as birth of a child or moving to support one partner’s career), and increasing intimacy and emotional connection.
